Exchange and refund will be performed at our shop in the Avenue mall Phase 1 .
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days from the purchasing date.
Items must be in original selling condition (new unused and in its original packaging with tags attached). The original receipt must be presented at the time of exchange and refund.
Your refund will be processed via the following methods:
- Credit Card / Knet payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase.
- Cash payments are refunded as cash.
No exchange or refunds for orders shipped outside Kuwait.
